Employee Interview with James

With high quality service and products at the forefront of our offering, our employees are the ones who help make that happen. We recently expanded our team with an experienced buyer, and we sat down with James to discuss more about his role at Foster Industrial.

'I oversee stock levels and order stock in when necessary to ensure we can fulfill orders and meet our next day delivery service. It's important for me to manage supplier relations, to ensure the performance they provide matches our requirements, working on strategies with these vendors to enhance workflow and collaboration.

A priority is to ensure an efficient process throughout, from buying the goods and the delivery, to meet customer expectations, with this at the priority of the process, I will look to source suitable alternatives when this is not possible'

'I wanted to increase my responsibilities and progress further in my career, and Foster Industrial has allowed me to do that. I was looking to join a dynamic and young team that I could flourish within.

I am really enjoying my time at Foster Industrial, I'm learning lots along the way, picking up new responsibilities, alongside amazing and friendly people'
