Bohler Fox EV50 is a basic covered 7018 electrode with good welding characteristics including out of position work, excellent strength and toughness properties down to minus 50 degrees.

• Good weldability in all positions except for vertical down and good impact ties down to 45°C.
• CTOD tested at minus 10 °C and shows good resistance crack propagation.
• Crack free weld metal when welding high carbon steels
• Basic covered electrode with good welding characteristics including out of position work with good impact ties down to 45°C.
