Product Description

The Bohler FOX EV50 Basic covered low hydrogen 7018 electrode with good welding characteristics, including out of position work, excellent strength and toughness properties down to minus 50 degrees.

Good weldability in all positions except for vertical down and good impact ties down to 45°C
CTOD tested at minus 10 °C and shows good resistance crack propagation.
Crack free weld metal when welding high carbon steels.
