We offer a wide range of genuine Hypertherm accessories to both improve the performance of and elongate the lifespan of your equipment. Most of the accessories offered will work for any Hypertherm system, old or new, so you don't have to worry about any of the accessories you purchase not being compatible with your plasma system.

Let’s start with safety first! We offer the Hypertherm cutting visor which is a multi-purpose face shield that provides face and eye protection for plasma cutting and gouging applications. This is the ultimate in plasma cutter eye protection, so you can work safely in the knowledge that your face and eyes are being looked after. We also stock a screen replacement which is exactly what it sounds like - a replacement clear visor for the operator’s face shield, should it get damaged or burned by any stray sparks.

We have accessories for the torch itself including a trigger for the handle, three different types of handle replacements and heat shields to protect your hands from the delicate work. We also stock the Hypertherm air filters to keep your system running just like new by protecting against contaminated air, as well as auto-separating moisture during use.

When it comes to protecting your cables, we stock a leather torch sheath available in 25ft (7.6 mtr) sections to protect the cables and leads themselves against burn-through and abrasion during welding.

Just when you thought you couldn’t accessorise anymore, there’s the Hypertherm circle cutter which is a deluxe circle cutting attachment. This facilitates the cutting of consistent and accurate circles and lines and of course is optional to use as a stand-off guide and in bevel cutting applications.
