Our Hardfacing MIG welding wires are available in solid or cored wire forms. Cored wires are excellent for site work and offer weld integrity- a no spatter, all positional, cost effective solution. We particularly like the UTP Chromeless 600 cored wire, the absence of chrome & nickel reducing hazardous fume. Hardfacing 600 welding wires are used primarily for overlaying of material, offering protection against abrasion.

The MB25 welding torch is the choice of many a sheet metal fabricator and offers flexibility with it's M6 or M8 tip adapter. Our anti spatter sprays come in the form of the Foster 360 & Binzel's water based products and prevents spatter from sticking the work piece & torch consumables.

If you want to be more pro-active in prolonging your hot end consumable life, you should try Tip Dip or Binzel Ceramic spray. Ceramic spray forms a protective barrier around the contact tip & shroud and is ideal for robotic & heavy duty applications.
