MORE ABOUT Welding Equipment

Here's a brief overview of the equipment we supply:

Safety first Gas Welding Equipment & certification

With safety in mind, you need a supplier whose technical knowledge & brand quality go hand in hand. Our engineering team have the knowledge & training. We can supply, test and certificate your gas welding & cutting kit to BCGA's code of practice 7 and inert gas regulators to CP47.

Our Weldgas gas welding regulators come in indicator, single & two stage versions.  Supplied with a variety of entry points such as Side, bottom & Nevoc, according to your gas cylinder type, the emphasis is always on quality. Regulators are date stamped & require changing every five years.

Argon gas saving devices that can reduce your argon & argon/mix consumption, by as much as thirty percent are a great purchase. The Elga Optimator reduces the gas surge on arc ignition and the litres per minute can be set, avoiding excess usage. Lockable versions, allow for tight management.

Oxy/acetylene & oxy/propane Gas welding hoses are fitted with hose check valves & date stamped. Available in ready made 5, 10 & 20 metre sets, hoses must be inspected annually for wear & damage. We also carry argon hose by the metre & argon gas 2 metre sets too, for those MIG & TIG applications.

Re-settable & auto flash back arrestors are vital gas safety devices and should be fitted to all welding and cutting set ups. Preventing the reverse flow of gas to cylinders, they shoud be changed every five years.

Our Gas welding equipment range also encompasses gas welding torches & cutters and nozzles options , with cylinder trolleys adding portability and safety.

MIG Welding Machine Inverter technology offering energy saving benefits

With inverter technology now dominant, customers are now seeing the benefits of power saving and added synergic programming functionality. From single phase sheet metal MIG's to heavy duty pulse synergic sets such as Miller's Bluefab S400i, we have a range air & water cooled welders to satisfy all fabricators.

TIG Welding equipment procured from the best in the business

Miller TIG welders remain a dominant force in TIG welding technology. From the Maxstar DC platform to AC/DC Dynasty, high feature and Syncrowave, stripped back model all bases are covered. The Dynasty & Maxstar models boast auto line technology, which means they can be plugged into 110, 240 & 415 volt supply.

Inverter stick & welder generator Arc Equipment

Foster Industrial's range of stick welding inverters are shaped by EWM Pico & Miller Maxstar models. The EWM Pico 160 platform offers 240 & 240/415 volt models, whilst the Maxstar 210 & 280 models give a more heavy duty feel. Maxstar's multi voltage input technology 'autoline' gives on site flexibility.

When it comes to engine driven, the Mosa welder generator petrol & diesel options are countless. Start with the lightweight and very portable Mosa Magicweld 150 petrol and finish with the Mosa TS 405 diesel. Our team of service engineers, offer engine driven technical back up, servicing & repair.

Is Laser Welding equipment suitable for your business?

If you are welding up to 6.5mm mild & stainless steel and have welding processes with repeatability, laser can increase production efficiency. Laser welders offers fast welding speeds, low consumable usage, uniform weld beads and reduced post weld clean up times.

Foster offers full turn-key laser welding equipment packages with surveys and demonstrations, enclosure and machinery supply with training.

After sales service

Our entire welding equipment range is supported by an experienced & trained service & repair engineering team. Offering in field & in house technical support and welding set calibration, where quality assurance is front and centre.
