Foster to launch new products to the farming sector

Foster Industrial is to exhibit it's range of welding & plasma cutting equipment at an agricultural show for the eight year running.

Launching Hypertherm's best ever selling plasma cutter the Powermax 45 at the LAMMA show back in 2009, Foster will demonstrate the brand new Powermax 45 XP to the farming sector at the Midlands Machinery Show on November 23 & 24th. The show in it's third year, takes place at the Newark Showground & most importantly is free to enter.

The Powermax 45 XP is likely to take the market by storm, as it is the first cutter of it's kind that can cut metal up to 29 mm on 240 volt power. What is more, simply by changing the torch spares, the cutter allows you to gouge & mark metal too. Customers will be able to view the Foster team putting other Hypertherm machines through their paces too, as the very portable Powermax 30 air, complete with on board compressor, will also be on hand to see. The 30 air severs up to 16 mm metal, runs on 110 or 240 volt power & weighs just under 14 kilos.

We're not just displaying plasma cutters either. The must have welding helmet for 2016 has been the Speedglas 9100 xxi, 3M's natural colour lens technology proving a real hit with the punters. We'll have the Speedglas mask on hand to touch, feel & try.
