MIG Welders.

There are a range of MIG welders on offer from Miller Welding. These machines are ideal for tackling light to medium steel manufacturing and fabrication tasks, as well as high intensity production welding. The MIG welding process can be either partially or fully automated and is popular because it provides a high level of adaptability and speed. It is suitable for use with the following materials: carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and most other alloys. Miller’s range of Migmatic MIGS feature a synergic interface & one knob control for easy material selection. Great for welding a stainless & aluminium.

TIG Welders

At Foster Industrial, we stock a broad selection of TIG welders from Miller Welding. These machines are perfect for welding steel & stainless (DC models) & aluminium (AC/DC models). Miller’s unique selling feature is it’s autoline technology which allows you to connect a variety of voltages & eliminates dirty power. Dirty power creates spikes or voltage fluctuations that may affect the quality if your weld. Autoline technology is available on all Maxstar (DC) & Dynasty (AC/DC) TIG models. The TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding process is usually the choice when an extremely high level of quality, precision and aesthetic appearance is required. It is suitable for use with the following materials: carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and most other alloys.

Stick Welders

You can pick up a stick welder from Miller Welding for a great price at Foster Industrial today. These welding machines are great for site welding and where a high degree of flexibility and range is required. This type of welding is primarily used for bringing together iron and steel materials. The stick welding process is suitable for use with the following materials: aluminium, nickel, stainless steel, and copper alloys. Whilst it does not work well with quite as many different materials as TIG and MIG welding, it performs brilliantly in outdoor conditions and can be used to weld from long distances.

Making the Right Choice for You If you are looking for a welder which will never let you down, put your faith in Miller Welding. With almost a hundred years of experience and with a flair for innovation, it is fair to say that this company knows everything there is to know about designing and manufacturing top quality helmets, TIG, MIG, and stick welding machines.
