SIA blue line zirconium flap discs for the sanding of steel, stainless and aluminium, available in 115, 125 & 180 mm diameters and a variety of grits. Zirconium Flap discs are long lasting, offer a more cost effective solution than sanding discs and ensure very fast stock removal, faster than grinding discs or sanding discs.

The main applications for SIA zirconia flap discs area as follows:

High duty cycle grinding for stock removal purposes, the removal of welded seams and edge grinding, work on burrs and rough casts, surface grinding of small areas, rust removal and cleaning.

Sia flap disc, 36/40 grit: Coarse.
Sia flap disc, 60 grit: Medium.
Sia flap disc, 80 grit: Fine.
